KSN International Member

• If your KSN international membership is validated after you register as a non-member, the difference in the registration fee will not be refunded.

Hands On Session Registration Fee

• Hands on Session will take place on June 13 (Thu), the first day of the APCN & KSN 2024. The registration fees are as follows.
• Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Group Registration Fee

For groups of 10 registrants or more: 10% off

For groups of 50 registrants or more: 20% off

Sign-up and Log in

If you are already signed-up on this website, you can use the account for registration.
※ For registration and abstract submission, please use the same ID(e-mail) and password created when you signed up.

Online Registration

After signing up, log-in with your ID and register for APCN & KSN 2024 by tying the requested information.

Payment and Confirmation of Registration

• A confirmation of registration will be sent to you via e-mail.
• ※ Payment method is Credit Card only.

Complete your online registration.

Invitation Letter

• Printing an invitation letter through the APCN & KSN 2024 website
  Please access ‘My Page – Registration’ with your registered ID and PW and click on Invitation Letter’ to print out a copy of original invitation letter.
• Notarized Invitation Letter
  Request will be processed as a part of the online registration system. USD 60 will be charged for the notary service and air courier letters will be sent by airmail within two weeks after confirmation of your full payment. Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country whether a notarized letter is required for visa issuance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before applying for cancellation, please refer to the following policy.

• Please note that the onsite registration fee is not be refunded.
• Note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the meeting.
• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by an e-mail. Any phone application will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Until May 30 (Thu), 2024 : 100% Refundable
• From May 31 (Fri), 2024 : Non-refundable (including onsite registration)

Once the payment is completed, registration information cannot be modified.
